      The organisation is currently a joke. They kicked out the CEO to let the chairmen run wild with their egos and self importance. The Past chairman is manipulating the show and they have no idea how to manage their way out of an envelope let alone display exemplary leadership and empathy.

      After 10 years at YPO, I still believe YPO is a great place to work, grow and learn. As YPO changes, there is never ending opportunity to advance your skills. It is never boring! Working from home is a great benefit.

      Cons

      If you don't like change and need to be told every move to make, you will not like working at YPO.
