      Pros

      good company, flexible timings can come any time and go at any time. People are good. MD is super sooo down to earth . Salary is paid on time don't worry new joiners. Benefits are good.

      Staffing managers, account managers, delivery leads -all from staffing team are aggressive in work but lot of attitude . It should be changed and not friendly. and lastly egoistic And should be tamed by management or HR

      Pros

      A company that helps you maintain a work life balance. With the flexi working hours and weekend offs one can easily pursue further studies, take up freelance assignments and live up to personal commitments. HR has taken initiatives in a lot of employee engaging activities.Policies have tightened and got in place. I am sure there is still room for improvement.training is also in the transition of moving away from traditional methods.right now packt is in the phase of improvement in the right direction. Initiate inter team activities.right now most of the teams work as silos .

      Cons

      Salary is low at executive levels. Efforts are recognised but not rewarded at the right time. If a person has worked effortlessly in the last six months why wait for the next appraisal cycle. There is absence of mechanism for timely recognition. Secondly, a person who is excellent at the process does not necessarily have managerial qualities. If you promote an executive to a managerial level please ensure that he goes through sufficient training and develops basic skills like managing common team scenarios and yes communication. Thirdly; whenever there is any change in management, process, kpis, or any decision to be conveyed, please ensure it is communicated with enough reasoning and justification.
