      people are generally nice and nice benefit package

      Cons

      minimal growth opportunities, very small projects only, lack of work to go around so you are constantly on edge about being laid off.

      4/10's is a big advantage. If the project is not too busy you can enjoy 3 day weekends.

      Cons

      No personal interest from management to groom you or to help in your career growth. You are basically on your own in that matter.

      Pros

      7 years ago the company was full of growth, new projects and great opportunities. These were the times of great opportunity and promoting those who had ideas and willingness to work and add value.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, during the past 5 years, the company did not have the appropriate personnel in place to re-build client relationships, an effective leadership team, fiscal responsibility, the skills to identify and harness employee talent, skilled human relationship management to continue and grow. As a result projects lost, many people retrenched and low morale felt amongst those who remain.
