Generally good people at the Discipline level. Most work well cross functionally and are aware of how they impact others.

Cons

Too many VPs. Senior Management promotes a specific project only focus without much consideration for the long term development or career of individuals. Words are all there but actions in this area are seldom in support of the words.

Good experience, You'll meet smart people, Huge firm, nice exposure as you meet clients from different companies. They pay neutral!

Cons

WorleyParsons has decided to outsource pretty much every support job from IT, Finance Support, Etc. Which is affecting company performance!
