      Disheartening Leadership

      Pros

      The leaders the level below our senior leadership are great. They are in touch with the business, trying really hard to influence the right decisions and are working really hard to hold the business together.

      Cons

      The capability of our senior leaders continues to be very disheartening. They lack self awareness of their extremely low level of capability and the negative impact this is having on the people and the business results.

      Flexibility to cross and up skill in job function Great team environment Enjoyed a solid run of 5 years before things went south.

      Cons

      Silo'd management from middle to exec levels all with hidden agendas. Back scratching mentality where they look after their own Excessive management and supervisor structure

      - The people I personally worked with were great and I had excellent mentor-ship. - Large company with many expertise

      - The large amount of overhead expenses caused them to be noncompetitive during tough economic times - Management was very poor and inefficient
