      Pros

      Colleagues could be friendly. That's all.

      Cons

      Very bad management. Manager bullies team member for no reason. Hard work is not valued at all. Senior management and HR did nothing about it. No leadership at all. Very toxic environment.

      Pros

      A lot of smart and incredible coworkers who are passionate about making Worldpay an independent company. Transparent C-level who live out Worldpay's values.

      Cons

      Teams don't talk to each other. Too many sources of data and no one collaborates to ensure the data is correct and accurate. Individual contributors are not set up for success due to confliciting information from other teams and no clear objectives. I truly feel my manager does not understand what my role truly is, or what I was hired to do, and I am being set up for failure. I will not be successful at this company long term and will be a casualty of poor managerial leadership. Pay and benefits are also subpar for a FinTech company.
