Pros

Insane financial upside, hyper complex and future forward. A ton of super qualified smart people, global culture, good pay and bene's. Bright future someday soon. Vet every offer and team considerably, you don't want to hitch your wagon to a toxic team in what is otherwise a great company

Cons

Mostly solid people and teams with pockets of pure corruption and toxicity. So much obvious corporate largess on display as everyone makes a run for that VC money.

My boss and teammates are fantastic. The culture is quite fun and Worldpay go out of their way to ensure colleagues are engaged and looked after - I'm happy here,

Cons

The two most senior female HR people are incredibly toxic. They're bullies, and they spread a lot of gossip, turning people against one another. That needs to stop immediately.
