Pros

Not a lot apart from you can work from home if they like you sometimes but it's very unfair as each department has different rules.

Cons

Poorest company I have ever worked at, managers don't follow company values and bully and are clicky. Take no accountability and blame the staff because they can't be bothered and not communicating with each other. Agents have no support and aren't trained properly and are basically expected to be self taught on systems and are neglected and discarded. Managers get away with harassment

Can work remote and manage assigned territory as your own business.

Cons

After a deal is sold/won it is extremely challenging to get approval from Underwriting, Activation and Customer Support is not good, senior management have their "heads in the sand" and salary/commission plan is too low for experienced/quality sales professionals.

Pros

Some sales reps do make good money. Most however do not.

Cons

Really toxic overall and leadership culture. Company is constantly in financial trouble and everyone was always worried about being cut including managers. Many were fired throughout my 4 year tenure. The whole Worldpay company was spun off for an $18b tax write off due to poor performance and it was very obvious there was major turmoil.
