Pros

Timely Salary specially during pandemic season, but still there was news where people's where fired from different parts of the country.

Cons

Very toxic work culture, people here are always in search of scapegoat to whom entire blame can be put. Work life balance are at toss even management doesn't for this they are only concerned about nos. Here average work time is 16-18 hours and even though management will questions your performance, will threaten you to terminate. My humble advice is please think before joining coz management doesn't care about anything they only want that they unrealistic target are met and if doesn't happen you can be anything thrown out of the system. One more thing is that here you have to work all days even of national holidays too no weekly off on Saturday or Sunday.
