Pros

Good local management. Flexible hours.

Cons

Due to Covid, the drop in Rail Travel has severely affected Worldline's order book. A lot of redundancies being made.

Pros

Quickly growing company with 'focus on people' mentality. Satisfactory extra-legal benefits. Effort is often appreciated and individual promotions/bonuses are quite objective and fair.

Cons

As a quickly growing company, the work rythms are often quite stressful and there is a lot top-down but also horizontal pressure. There is also quite a gap and mentality differences between colleagues who have been in the company for many years and new joiners. Often people are afraid to take responsibility or ownership.
