A huge domain to learn. Tons of responsibilities to grow with.

Cons

Old ways of working. The business guys don't know what they want other than clients, as long as the money is incoming. No boundary between technology and business. Lack of knowledge pushes down a lot of pressure on the lower chain of employees. Management is not their forte. No set processes to follow through. HR/Admin team is there to fulfill bare minimum processes.
