Pretty laid back working environment. You get some free wine once in a while. HR seems to care about the well being of the employees.

Cons

There are quite a few people that have obviously been there too long and are quite set in their ways.

-Great discount -Fun and interesting products -Good variety of customers that enter the store -Focused on customer interaction -Beginning to offer customers incentives for loyalty, also offering interesting contests -Finally beginning to be recognized by magazines and television shows as a reliable retail establishment

Cons

-Very little training for all forms of employees, from management to cashiers -Incredible number of programs that are being forced down our customers throats. Failure of employees to implement these programs can lead to termination. -Confusion from higher ups about expectations and new programs -Inconsistencies of in stock items, way too many of some products and not nearly enough of others -Constant threat that employees are being watched through security cameras by corporate offices
