+ Co-workers who genuinely care about your well being and performance. Sick? You can expect to receive a get well soon card and even phone calls/text messages. Having a rough day? You can expect them to listen to your venting. Overloaded with work tasks? You can expect them to offer their hand to help ease the load.
+ Consistent communication. A lot can go on at one time and/or change in an instant. Everyone here is very quick to voice these happenings to help ensure everybody is up to date with anything going on!
+ Advancement opportunity. If you honestly deserve the reward of a promotion or a raise, you will be noticed. Work ethic is always noticed.
