- free gym membership and use of the Crossfit Side - good work atmosphere with like minded goal oriented individuals - looking into alternatives to help develop and build trainers skills

Cons

- lack of formal training, many promises made with little follow through - owner of gyms is not in shape and does not acknowledge employees
