Family like place . Discipline respect and nice people were there all the time when you need them. Always tidy and clean basically If you work there as a trainer or just working out as a customer in both ways its perfect place to be .

Cons

There were not much downsides for me to work there . only thing it was a bit bad for me was long working hours but only reason there were bad for me because I was studying
