It really felt like a family when I worked at the North Auburn, WA location. My co workers and my manager were all very tight knit.

Cons

The owners of that particular location were kind of scum bags, but that's no fault of the company. They simply had the money to buy it, and money is all you need. Your personality and character unfortunately don't matter in that situation.
