Can make decent hourly wage if you sell enough sessions/month

Cons

-No pay for hours not with clients (no surprise here) -Poor marketing and under-qualified staff at the helm -High pressure to make sales even with minimal leads -No freedom to side hustle and build YOUR business. -They keep saying its your business but what they really mean is their sales within the company. -No loyalty to staff. -High turnover of staff -Will hire anything with bare minimum qualifications and fire when not performing without proper support.
