Hard to get shift changed or covered, expected to constantly be cleaning or reracking weights when you also have a front desk to cover

You are extorted. The level system that trainers are encouraged to rise in are a joke and are made difficult to obtain. It worth the effort. The gym takes 66% of everything, they only care about sales and not the service. All the trainers work hard.
