Pros

$16.00 an hour if you know what you are doing (4.5 stars or higher) and $10 if your work quality is not the best. Work at your own pace, you can add time to the timer (you have 60 mins) so they know you are still interested in working on the question or you can return it and go to the next one. I waited to get paid before writing this review and putting too much time into the company and I did get paid for my work. Paypal payments which I personally love.

Cons

Not a great connection with management nor overly organized but they do have a slack community and they have never failed to help each other out. There can be down times (usually on Sundays) and you will have days where the work is slow. However, you can balance it out by doing other writing jobs for other companies.

Good overall, a couple of kinks to work out

Pros

Freelance, your pay increases as your rating improves, management is usually available most of the time on Slack to regularly address concerns.

Cons

It would be nice if you could see in advance what kind of requests you would be working on- sometimes it's hard to do a good job because the requests are assigned randomly and you might have no idea about the topic of the request.

Pros

I get to log off whenever I want!

Cons

I know your work is based off of some rating system that support never bothered to explain, but I think a 4 star rating deserves pay at least. I completed 5 jobs and was only paid $16 each for TWO of those. You get to participate in “Mentor Week” and then never actually receive a mentor or a notice that it’s happening.
