      Pros

      Really positive atmosphere in the office. Everybody has the same ambitions for the company and really strives to achieve them. No one feels themselves better than others.

      Cons

      Company is growing fast. I hope they will continue to keep their characteristics as a start up and their ambition to stop the bad exchange rate banks.

      Pros

      TransferWise still holds true to many of it's start up roots, despite having grown as rapidly as it has in such a short period. The opportunity to do meaningful work is up for grab every individual. The company has a strong and clear vision/mission, what is truly excellent is that this vision is inherently good. It's amazing to feel like you are working for the good guys! If you have a great idea you can make it happen.

      Cons

      We are growing fast and that can mean some things have been overlooked. Our culture is great at heart and the values we hold are really inspiring, we can have some inconstancy that has appeared with our scale. I have full faith that these inconstancies will be ironed out. Work here can also be intense we say that we are a revolution, this is great to work towards, it's very easy to work too much.
