Amazing people that you can access, learn from and work with. Relaxed environment (no suits, no 9to5 (unless you are doing shifts), no crazy managers. Opportunities to grow. Decent salary for Estonia. Cool cool office in Tallinn and nice people within.

Cons

Even though the feedback culture is highly encouraged and kind of demanded, the practice of the actual feedback process should be improved (they are working on it). Interest in the company and its vibe is a must, so believe when you hear them saying "no comfort zone dwellers" or "we are not here for the money".
