      Pros

      Actually making difference to the world and changing something on global scale. Creative and hardworking team. Supportive environment. More challenges than you can take. Opportunities for growth and contributing in many fields. No BS and straight forward feedback culture.

      Cons

      Not sure if it is con but I guess like in any company in order to succeed you need to push your limits and work hard. If you are looking for well structured environment with strict guidelines and rule sin place this is not for you. Really need to be able to swim.

      Pros

      They give you a lot and they expect a lot. This job is not for people that can not commit to the work and what the company stands for. Management is personal and approachable. The salary is decent, the environment is great. And is a great opportunity to learn in a type of company that is very rare here in the US. Amazing benefits. Company lunches and opportunities to get to know your co workers.

      Cons

      No training manual. At the beginning the task can be a bit overwhelming. They need to implement better training. .

      - Not a confortable position. You will need to have significant impact to survive. No BS. - Very demanding job.
