      Pros

      In this company I have met many intelligent and friendly people. New ideas are always welcome. It is also easy to find people interested in projects outside their official roadmap - these people are willing to give precious feedback. People are oriented to finding solutions, even if there is a setback.

      Cons

      It might take some time to adjust if your background is more corporate, but usually asking for direct and quick feedback helps. There is a lot of information and it takes a while once you get how to reduce the noise.

      Company with a clear vision that really ressonates in the business/products. International environment with amazing professionals who come from different backgrounds - which allows you to constantly learn and feel motivated.

      Cons

      Autonomy plays a big role in our routine so you have to be up to the challenge. We are trully borderless so it also takes some getting used to having to work on projects from different time zones.
