      Pros

      With initiative, you can start almost any project you want. Flexible work hours + remote work option. Amazing work environment with amazing colleagues, free cakes, gym, sauna and lots of dogs in the office.

      Cons

      No clear leadership in teams sometimes. Much is created "on the go" and processes are invented within the company, which can lead to a lot of trial and error.

      Great place for driven individuals, autonomy to set both goals and task. Fast paced growth pushes you to improve constantly. Option package and nice offices. Data analysts work with product teams which increases impact and influence of the role.

      Cons

      Requires extra effort for the first months to learn and adapt to new terminology and way of working. Relocation is offered depending the role but guidance and support when moving could be better. Average salary.
