Dealing with the "good problems to have" in a great culture
Pros
First of all, it is the culture. I can fairly say that we have something special here. Before I joined, I of course read all the blog posts about how good a working culture TW has. It was hard to understand or believe then. Having been working here now for a few months I have embraced it and already taking it as a norm - something that is usual for me. To understand more about this, you can probably google and find some awesome blog posts about our culture. Secondly, we are growing. We are growing quite fast. For a dev this gives an awesome opportunity to solve those "good problems" that arise when we need to cater to more and more customers every day. Exciting! The company values are very well thought through and I can see clearly that we do live by those.
Cons
Open office. I need silence to be able to focus. For this, I have 3 measures, all at the same time: 1) earplugs 2) active noise cancelling earphones 3) music.
