Pros

* Amazing working environment. TransferWise has by far the best corporate culture you'll ever find. * Great mission and great attention to customer. * Just such a great working environment. Super nice people everywhere * Business is going great and sky rocketing

Cons

* Company going through some growing pains * Autonomous teams do more harm than good * TONS of engineering dept. Actually makes the company very, very slow at moving. Lots of outages all the time.

Pros

- Open and transparent culture - Lots of opportunity to get involved and try new things - Short turnaround on features means you can have an impact immediately - Prioritisation is based upon data and value, not politics - A company driven by a mission to change things for its customers - Great smart people who care about each other - Great working environment with a lot of benefits

Cons

- Autonomous culture will not be a fit for everyone - Base salary is higher at some other places but you are compensated with stock

Time to start acting like a real company

Pros

- great people who are passionate about the mission - lovely offices - trusted to get your job done with flexible working conditionds - freedom to get the job done

Cons

- lack of any strategy or decision making by the 'leadership' team is starting to slow us down and - benefits and pay not keeping up with rest of London - no real chance to progress at careers, all about short term delivery as the only priority.
