      - supporting team - well-functioning feedback culture - inspiring projects to work with - open communication between teams - each team has their own KPIs - a great mission to work for! - opportunities and support for self-learning and professional improvement - free coffee/tea/breakfast/team lunches - budget for team activities to get to know the people you work with better - great office space with options to chill out (including gym, ping-pong, sauna, etc..) - opportunities to visit other offices - remote working option

      Great culture. The people here are amazing. Work is varied and exciting. Feel supported by my team and my lead. Good friends across team. Can see how I can grow here in time. Kept aware of company plans and future goals.

      Start-up culture so moving very quickly, so there are lots of new people.

      Pros

      It's honestly has been the best experience of my career life. From start to finish it's been a challenge to what I've always known. This place encourages you to be yourself; this act than allows you to be open to the process that will lead you to success. Yes the perks are amazing, but it's the culture it's the people that make the experience that make it more than just a call center. It's a family. (plus dogs in the office!)

      Cons

      It's sound crazy but there is no negative. The "newbie" process is slow and concise there is no throwing you to the wolves persay. They set you up for success not failure
