      Pros

      Office facilities and pantry supply is considered good.

      Cons

      Too much of micro-management. Despite providing good quality work with low or no QA issues, there's too much focus on AHT, and it was expected to balance out to get the best of both which is not realistically possible. Others maybe able to achieve the good AHT results because they forgo on quality and it is not known whether these people are being penalised for bad quality work.
