Pros

Nice office, free food, fast paced environment, friendly workers.

Cons

I left my previous job to join Wise and due to delays with my work permit, I went without income for 4 months. I also had to pay a €1500 fine to my former company in order to leave and join Wise. After finally starting, I was terminated during the probation period and had to leave the country within 7 days, which caused by losing my residence permit-work visa. This experience caused severe financial and emotional distress. Despite consistently positive reviews and successfully passing QA accreditation, I never received any performance feedback or warnings from my Team Leader prior to termination. They also deducted €1,000 from my second and final salary for visa services.Everything was lawful, but cruel and inhumane.

Pros

Nice offices and free snacks lol but nothing else

Cons

Hands down, the most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of working for. This place is for you if: • You’re Gen Z or fully committed to acting like one — “OG you’re the GOAT,” “that’s slayyy,” emojis in every single message, including work emails. Absolutely unhinged. • You’re a master at playing politics, fake-smiling through every interaction, and being so two-faced you need two mirrors to get ready in the morning. • You’re perfectly fine being gaslit, lied to, and strung along with the same recycled promises year after year — “next year you’ll get promoted,” “next year you’ll finally make it to mission days.” Next year never comes. It never will. If none of that sounds like you — run. The management is flat-out incompetent, full stop. Your mental health? Not their problem. Your hard work? Completely invisible. You can give everything you’ve got, go above and beyond every single day, and your grand reward will be a “good job!” and an insulting $20 raise. Twenty. Dollars. Save yourself.
