As a global company, our priority is to ensure that our customers receive timely support. To manage this, we arrange shift schedules two months in advance to help our team know when they’ll be working. We do our best to accommodate changes but we may not always be able to fulfil every request.
We want every Wiser to bring their best selves to work, and we’re deeply committed to supporting employee wellbeing. To ensure Wisers have the resources they need, we offer a range of support options, including a 24/7 employee assistance program, mental wellbeing champions across all regions, people advisors who can provide dedicated support, as well as options to take time off if needed.
