Pros

They have Very good benefits

Cons

All company is managing by kids, none of them have any life experience, empathy , operational experience. Team leads are without power. Nobody is happy, work life balance is zero. But there is no place to tell nothing is going well. I m definitely sure the CEO doesn't aware all of these. I lost my hope about this company.

Pros

They have a ping-pong table (but you're not allowed to use it during the day/breaks because it's distracting to people working)

Cons

Wise was amazing when I first started, and had leaders who cared about the culture and work-life balance. They were all replaced within months of my start date, and Wise shifted to a more typical call center environment. Expect a very heavy workload with little to no support from management. Very few career advancement opportunities. I spent half of my time working as an unpaid trainer in their GetWiser training program for months, and was unable to leverage it into any meaningful opportunities or connections.
