Pros

Decent benefits, pay is okay. 3 days a week in office

Cons

micromanagement all around. one mistake and you're gone. "people" team does not care about any of the people working there. Avoid this company if possible.

Pros

New and fancy office buildings to feed your eyes (not your tummies tho) With paid sabbatical after 4 years (if you can make it till the end) And 3 months (if you can get an approval from your lead) of mobilewiser - aka work from abroad policy

Cons

• Micromanagement is rampant, trust in employees is virtually nonexistent. • High turnover rates mean teams are constantly understaffed and overwhelmed. • Inexperienced leads and senior leads make ego-driven decisions rather than business-driven ones, which harms both morale and outcomes. • Salaries are far below market rates — I later discovered I could have earned nearly twice as much in a similar role at another tech company with similar perks. • Mental health is a checkbox on paper only in reality, support is absent. • Bullying from management is common, creating a toxic and unsafe work atmosphere making opportunities almost impossible to get.

Pros

You’ll develop incredible stress management skills (because you’ll need them). Great place to work if you enjoy guessing what the latest policy change is. If you like working for free (because training is non-existent), this is the place for you!

Cons

Survival of the fittest – The company’s secret motto is “stress them out until they quit, so we don’t have to pay severance.” Internal growth? LOL. – Why promote someone who knows the job when we can hire a cheaper new person and start from scratch? Training? Never heard of it. – Expect to be thrown into the deep end with no floaties. Perfection or unemployment – Mistakes? Fired. Questions? Fired. Breathing too loud? Probably fired. Outsourcing is life – They’re obsessed with cutting costs, even if it means running the company into the ground.
