Pros

1. They pay you. Not much, but they do

Cons

1. Very, very low salary. Take the role as a last resort 2. All communication to you will be overnight because this company is in India 3. The language barrier is horrific. It makes small requests or inquiries very difficult to get resolved. The worst part is that if you persist in getting someone to help you, they will stop responding to you, which is infuriating 4. I would do Uber Eats until I found another role vs work for WIPRO again

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for. The old glory of Wipro is not there anymore. The management is focused on stealing pennies from employees than rewarding them. This company has zero employee experience. They implement various policies in the name of being ethical company, but what ethics does a company carry if they consider zero value for its employees. The focus is more about making favorable policies for senior management to make their pockets full.

Salary/benefits ok, could be better, could be worse Business casual dress code Nice break room with free coffee (Starbucks)

Preferential treatment of foreigners (especially for new projects/opportunities) Non-US management does not adjust to US culture (micromanagement, brow-beating is the norm) Compromised facility (reduced climate control off-hours, building entrance not always secure) Not abiding to client's contractual requirements (staff may include non-US citizens for a contract which clearly stipulates only US citizens, facility not capable of 24/7 hours of operation) Lack of transparency during recruitment, hiring (off-hours/weekend shift not communicated until after hiring) Inadequate software/tools provided for the job Low morale among staff (poor management, lack of growth/promotion opportunities, locals/US nationals treated terribly, constant blame) Delayed 401k match for at minimum 15 months
