      No pros only cons, they just pay with the career of the employees

      Cons

      If you are on H1B do not join this company, they play with the career of the H1B and delay the process as much as possible, Till you are on billing they try to get most of it then simply through you out. On site employees are only money making machine. Their immigration team is one of the worst, they do not listen and lot of issues have happened recently. Not at all employee friendly.

      Standard benefits package is available. Base salary OK.

      Cons

      Fight every quarter for your commission. There is a cap on earnings as well - he sure to ask. They def won't volunteer that info.

      Long term contracts with clients of Wipro

      Cons

      The technical managers are non-existent; the technical manager roles are filled-in by Project and Program managers who are trained to care about the requirements of the project only but are terribly trained for people / employee interaction. Also there is preferential bias favored toward the Indian / South Asian culture. I wouldn't recommend this company for Americans.
