      It's on your luck , otherwise the way it's currently operating they themselves are unaware what they exactly expect . It's just changing org structures every day , instead of actually focusing on work.

      Cons

      Never felt belonged with in the company. Extreme level of micromanagement Politics is on peak .

      The site has good engagement and conducts monthly townhalls to give us an overall perspective on where the company is headed not just in our site but for the rest of the world. Good for those who prefer to work mid-shift

      Cons

      Lots of sudden changes given that the company is transforming to digital. In return employees are expected to keep adjusting
