Pros

Some smart and hardworking colleagues. Decent pay if you're in the right circle.

Cons

Extreme office politics—they are letting go of really talented people and hiring friends who have no idea what they’re doing. Management plays favorites—decisions are made based on personal connections rather than merit. No work-life balance—constant pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and no respect for personal time. Lack of job security—you never know when you'll be the next one out, no matter how well you perform.

Pros

Great benefits, pay is good.

Cons

The last CEO was bad, this new one is worse. Also, this is an extremely woke company, which is fine if you lean that way, but the rest of us think politics and Leftist virtue signaling is unprofessional and does not belong in the workplace. Pushing diversity and inclusion nonstop is obnoxious. Hire the best person for the role, regardless of what that person is regarding race, religion, gender, etc.
