Good opportunity to learn about the industry, sharpen skills and be exposed to various situations that promote professional corporate knowledge and growth within your position.

Cons

The company tries to cut costs at the expense of full time internal employees as well as external contractors and vendors with whom they interact. The focus on increasing revenue is obviously superior to creating a strong work culture and long term collective growth. Although the quality of the services provided are excellent, the professionalism in terms of management and talent retention is lacking.

Good Pay, Cool building to work in, free fruit and free coffee

NOT A COMPANY YOU CAN BE PROMOTED TO A HIGHER POSITION repetitive, boring, sitting for 8-10 hours a day, no feedback metrics with how well your doing. you might not have a job the following (no job security) no benefits because they don't let you work for a full 90days in a row. NO WHERE TO PARK!!

Fixed hours, Overtime compensated. Nice folks to work with.

Cons

One mistake and you'll get laid off with no compensation at all. Yes, it pays a little more than other jobs, but there is no other benefits. If you already have a job, don't ever leave your job for this. No job security at all.
