Very Disappointing

Pros

sick days, hotel accommodation for 2 weeks when relocating, parking available

Cons

Poor management. Micro-managing (every email you sent needs to be checked by a manager first, every word you use in your reports is being questioned) No job security, awful atmosphere. Bad experience overall, so I resigned. Employees are not allowed to express their opinion and are being treated like children.

Pros

Relocation support, possibility of employee-paid health insurance and pension scheme

Cons

Bad management, lower salaries, micromanaging, constant threat of dismissal, no prospects of career development, inconsistent and contradictory information. People come from their home countries, rent houses, and can be fired on the spot, with no notice or compensation. Your work is not valued, and if they want to pressure you, they'll just make up things against you. No job stability whatsoever. Very tense work environment. HR tell clients and your superiors what you tell them privately in their "open-door policy". Don't work here if you value your mental health.

Pros

Gain experience in the industry in a very demanding position.

Cons

Management is mediocre. When it comes to upper management, there is a clear disconnect between them and their global offices. But in terms of middle management, the situation is critical. Leadership is non existent, communication is unclear and devious, there is indifference towards the well-being of employees, goals are unreasonable and work ethic is questionable. They count with devoted and hard working talent, but fail recognizing this and the role that their teams play in the overall success of the company. Due to this failure, and the inability to accurately convey the reality of our needs to upper management, talent has been compelled to leave in great numbers and I wouldn't be surprised if the office will close soon.
