Pros

Great co workers, build friendships.

Cons

Toxic leadership ,HR is biased and will take management side no matter the amount of evidence brought to them. Poor pay .. one dollar difference from a cashier that has minimal duties to banker that pretty much runs the branch. They pay you just above food service and load you with with work of 6 people and pressure you to complete and then brings in the “we are family” when you can’t meet unreasonable expectations. They shame you for taking time off . Putting in pto is literally hunger games ! And don’t forget the “ The more money you make us we will give you a pizza party !” Prizes…

Pros

Pay is great, however, my first day my manager warned me not to tell anyone my salary because there have been people there for years and still making less (obviously a great sign Wells Fargo doesn’t value their current employees). Pay is decent with the caveat it’s not enough to stick around but I’d gladly take a pay cut to get out of Wells Fargo.

Cons

Pay is great, management is not. Management is out of touch with the real world. Continuous changes, lack of communication, poor leadership, lack of training, and an overall really tense work environment. The in office “hybrid” schedule was presented to us as flexible. Flexibility means your schedule is chosen at a high “team” level with zero communication or input given by the majority which you are forced to work under what works best for managers. Also gave us a week to figure out schedule changes with a “too bad so sad” mentality if you couldn’t make it work. You’ll be required to use PTO to meet your 3 day in office work requirement, for a job that can be done, and is done 2/5 days of the week, from home. Yes, management actually tells you you are required to use your own personal time off to meet the ever changing in office requirements. Leadership here in FCI is absolutely horrendous and management lacks empathy. You can fully expect to be micromanaged, tracked, and likely given zero productive feedback. If people with 10+ and 20+ years of employment with Wells Fargo are literally throwing up their hands and quitting, it’s not the employees; it’s your toxic management.

Pros

There are no pros for this place.

Cons

Six managers in one year. No training and they expect you to read a Bible while on the phone with customers then complain about your call time
