Pros

The workplace is chill, no real peer pressure or high demands. Work-life balance is amazing. Remote work options.

Cons

Low morale, no motivation to excel, no perks or interesting endeavors. Literally been in a management shift and hands tied behind your back mentality for 5+ years.

Pros

PTO is nice and 4 months of maternity leave. Monday - Friday, 8-5p standard schedule. Direct manager is amazing

Cons

Facilitators are paid less than the industry standard. There is no bonus opportunity. We are asked to work on site only to continue to perform our role virtually from a small cubicle.

Pros

The reason why people get sucked into Wells Fargo and don’t want to leave is because of their benefits. It’s really hard to beat 144 hours of PTO starting out with it increasing on year 3, 5, 10, and so on. I’m addition to that, 2 personal holidays, all federal holidays off (depending on your department), and 16 hours of volunteer time. Health insurance is great. Bereavement time is great. Short-term/Long-term disability is with Lincoln Financial and it’s great. Maternity leave at 16 weeks, 100% paid is phenomenal.

Cons

The most micromanaged company I’ve ever worked for. Every detail of your day, every move you make is monitored, recorded, and tracked. They don’t allow employees to breathe. They also are not very family friendly. They’re not like a small company who understands if an emergency happens and you need to leave or if your child is sick and you need to go, it’s an occurrence. Based on your department they are not work from home flexible. They are pushing everyone to return to the office. Training is never sufficient. They either run out of time to teach you things or they don’t cover the bare minimum knowledge you should know.
