Pros

I was permitted to work remotely as needed from 2014-2017 as a Disabled person who had returned to work. This allowed me to work full time and work from home when my medical condition prohibited me from driving to work.

Cons

In 2018, I was hospitalized for a few days and then had to work from home for a few weeks. Management illegally took away my approved remote work, stating that I had to be managed in person, which was a lie. The manager was rarely available and was not one to go to about how to get things processed. He just wanted me off his payroll. As a result of this illegal action, despite complaining to HR, I was forced to go on the companies disability policy. According to my lawyer I would have won the court case, had I sued, but the award money received would have reduced the disability policy I was receiving, so I dropped it. Also, I knew of many hourly employees who were forced to work overtime by their manager and were not permitted to submit the overtime hours. I reported this to HR as well and nothing was done about this situation either.

Pros

absolutely none. the fact they think its THEIR honorable way to GRACIOUSLY give me a job, it's not worth anything that they have put me through, as well as others.

Cons

This place has destroyed my mental health simply due to the strict and overly intrusive policies the workplace has. I have done my best to work with them and be respectful and do my best to be communicative. It has been simply, a toxic relationship. They do not give me the same courtesy of being communicative or respectful in any way. My bosses do as they please and as long as it suits them, they will turn their eye from some things but not others. They are inconsistent, demanding, unreasonable, impatient, and overwhelming. Wells Fargo has been the worst company I have ever worked with. I'm not just upset because they gave me a timeline to follow, but when I followed it I was suddenly dropped from my position... I am upset because the people who still work three continue to make everyone's life miserable there and it's no shock the scandals the company itself has gone through. Wells Fargo is NOT good company.

Pros

Steady paycheck that's about it.

Cons

Upper management refuses to listen to employee's Will move you around 100 times Large bank with poor tech very outdated Procedures in multiple locations and systems no easy way to find any procedure. Upper management clearly only looks at employees like numbers on a spreadsheet. They have no problem demoting you to jobs beneath you making you think your going to get laid off only to turn around and say oh wait no we have another job for you. People are leaving in high numbers due to the poor treatment soon WF wont have enough employees to run the EO. Want a job that you can do remotely in your own hometown but cant do it because of the new remote policy you have to work in the city your team is in oh well. Guess that doesnt matter. Lets all commute to work because the CEO wants it Not because it makes sense or will improve numbers or the bottom line. they say were a green company but continue to use excessive office space and require employees to come in for no reason at all. Lets burn more fuel and waste more lives of our employees because I refuse to listen.
