This is one for Weir Group to see as i think they need to see how things are being handled at the Todmorden site.
Lets use a potential nickname for her as 'CHARLIE' what it's usually short for anyway so you may get my drift. This individual is one of the worst individuals i have ever met in my life, and i felt bullied at some points by her along with other folk who actually left the company or moved areas just to be away from her (same reasons) cleaners and so on. Very protected individual for some bizarre reason (she was being aggressive for me parking in one of the 15 out of 20 empty car parking spots even though she had zero authority which ), Demanding certain individuals to come in on site to look at an issue when their shift didn't start for another hour using the 'do it or else' approach. Absolute nightmare.
All you have to do is ask members of staff who work in the office and they need to be reassured if you do, that there would be no reprocussions for being honest with how this individual is. I have no idea who on earth who would employ someone like that to be really honest but as you can see, this is the main problem there it really is.
I like to stay anonymous as i know what some individuals are capable of at that site.
Another con also, no wheelchair access. Three floors with only stairs and no lifts what-so-ever, not encouraging for a new starter who could be wheel chair bound.
You are demanded to Clock in and clock out of site (this includes director level people also) supposedly it is because of keeping track of folk with fire alarms but this is just rubbish. The slightest thought that you clock in a few minutes later after lunch, they are on your back in next to no time (you guessed it, the person mentioned above who's job is simply admin level)
To many things wrong to list with that place.
