Pros
The company is/was a distributorship, and is currently trying to forge a new business unit offering engineering services, led by non engineers and salesmen. The work is interesting enough, but management is chaotic and downright disrespectful. General manager is a bully and frequently loses his temper and has no idea what he’s doing. Everyone else is cool.
Cons
Management is just a joke. Out of the 23 people that work here, at least half have been recruited in the past year. Turnover is extremely high.
