      Good work-life balance. It's a relatively safe environment.

      Cons

      Weir acts like an investment company and not a genuine OEM. If you are an engineer and would like to create something in life, consider not joining Weir. As a result, most of the growth is through acquisitions. The technology group makes a lot of noise and no result. R&D and product development should be taken more seriously. Most managers are disconnected from the actual operation.
