Pros

The company has good pay.

Cons

Besides the pay the work culture and overall experience lacks. In the dallas office you literally work in silence and there is no employee interaction. Also you will get fired if management doesn't like you. Constant micromanaging and they have the expectation for you to work overtime. if you leave work exactly at the 8 hour mark managers will look at their watches. Definitely didn't feel valued or respected here.

Pros

Some good people, training accessibility, a certain sense of community, personable management, strong diversity and inclusion at the lower levels of the company, and available knowledge resources across the country and world.

Cons

Lack of vision from management, they seem to move in the direction of meeting KPI targets versus what is best for the business. Way too many advisors compared to actual doers (management heavy). Heavy workload, overtime expected, lack of work-life balance. Compensation does not match the demand and stress.
