      Pros

      Good benefits and great 401K plan with good company match.

      Cons

      Improper hiring decisions made by the HR recruiters in conjunction with the executive management. The management team is very slow in solving serious problems. They will rather much close down a plant even if it is making money than to cleanse the deceptive management that is causing the company serious problems.

      Poor leadership and a lack of direction. Not recommended for those who are not use to extreme politics.

      Decent pay and bens, great people.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for success. Difficult environment to be effective due to years of bad leadership resulting in archaic business systems and beaten down employees. Inter company politics are a never ending distraction keeping individuals and teams constantly changing directions creating a situation of a lot of effort and little return. Company is consumed with financials to the point where it compromises customers and long term success of the company.
