      No one cares what you do until they are ready to fire you

      Cons

      Too many to list. Incompetent junior and senior management, lack of training and career development opportunities, compensation is in the bottom 10%, old machines and equipment.

      Pros

      Insurance is the only good part of the job. If you are a friend of the Granbury gang, a job will be created for you.

      Cons

      If you want to succeed, you must live in Hood County and play at the same golf club. Without that you might get let go. Company has no employee relations. HR does nothing to resolve any issues raised by the employees. The President of the company cares very little about the employees.
