Cons

This is one of the most political environments I have ever worked for. They treat their employees horribly (much of this is due to HR department having way too much power and no knowledge of the industry, products, how the company is run etc.) due to a company culture of everyone working against eachother. Extreme ups and downs in production, hiring, firing, lay offs. No matter what, your job is never secure at this company. Management turnover is horrible, because unless you are an executive, you are given 0 support or guidance on what goals and expectations are for you and your team.

weir production system, Kaizen, Quality circles, Health & Safety standards are being implemented & practiced.

Cons

Salary paid more to new joined compared to existing old Team members. Employee work life balance is a task needs to be addressed by HR immediately.
