The Management tell lies constantly to the Staff in order to keep the wages low. The customer is constantly put second to last before the staff and the only thing that matters is sending out the invoice to get the money in.

Run completely by finance. No long term initiatives, necessary investments to take care of business and customers are constantly deferred. Constant leadership turnover creates a revolving door of projects and initiatives that never get completed. Company only grows through acquisition, organic growth is non existent and continues to shrink.
