not much to say here. Some of my immediate colleagues are good.

Cons

Frequent changes at the top continue a cycle of bad decision making and bad leadership. Having people in recruiting who've never done recruiting is not usually a good idea. Individual team managers are supposedly "manager doers" as that's part of the Wayfair philosophy but far too many have never actually done the job at Wayfair and therefore "lead" by handing down metrics and beating you over the head to meet them. No matter what you do it's not good enough. Every day people go home worried for their jobs.

Friendly staff, free food, nice building, organise social events regularly.

Cons

Immature managememt, never lead by example, work is very draining and becomes quite boring. Promotions opportunities difficult to attain. HR practices are very calculated.
