Pros

Excellent benefits and retirement plan, educational opportunities. Opportunities to learn about how other areas of the company operate are an excellent way to understand the inner workings of the organization and get a full picture of how and why operations run the way they do. Taking advantage of the training and educational opportunities Warner Bros. offers will be a definite asset when looking to move within the company as well as pursuing a career at other organizations.

Cons

poor management, lack of recognition for a job well done, lack of adequate compensation for level of expertise and experience

Pros

For me, it's close to home, good salary and interesting work. I like my current boss but have had some tyrants, too. I actually feel very fortunate in my current situation because I'm busy but not too stressed or pressured. I know some people who work a lot harder in my position and some who do almost nothing. It just depends on your boss. I like the lot because it's an interesting and alive environment.

Cons

Bureaucracy - difficult to get simple things done sometimes. Egos. Some people are real jerks and treat people poorly. It's hard to watch sometimes. No real job security. You see unexpected staff cuts all the time. You always feel vulnerable to that.

Pros

Working for such a recognizable name in such a fun and loved (by those not in it) industry was always great. You never have to explain what you are working on or who you work for, people just know. If you have a job where you work with vendors, the leverage you have to get what you want at the price you want is great, as so many vendors just want to list you as a client.

Cons

Red-tape, HR, no room for growth
